AM: I went to masters this morning for a 1hr10min swim. We worked on drills and IM stuff. I really like IM for variety and I think it adds power and flexibility to your freestyle. I came back home, had a nap and got on the PCs indoor for 1hr 15min. Surprisingly this went by fast. I ended my movie with some vasa strength training.
PM: A quick 'flop' in the pool of 40minutes. I think I got in around 1800m. At the end of the swim, the local swim team was just jumping in the pool. Tina, the head coach gave me some paddles to try that are designed to help with the catch phase. I get to use them for a month - they are going to get packed when I head to California - in 6 days! :) And then its train with Chuckie V- everyday! Yikes! :) In a good way!
Overall another great day. I think the naps are my lifesaver. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't nap.
