Please excuse my coach's rambling but he does provide a few valuable nuggets. We taped over my PowerTap's display so I would not be over-reliant on any single metric but rather the effort within. CAVEMAN (woman)! I was coughing up a lung all afternoon after this and can only hope the pain pays off. Coach even did an hour-of-power after I did, so for once I got to drive support! I don't drive quite as close as he does.

Hi! Great video/post. Could you also show the results ;]
ps. have you got my mail?!
I believe this is a UHOP, no?
:)
Chuckie...dont drive so close...you're going to run the poor girl down! Angela...lets see the numbers.
Graham,
You gotta understand: I *need* to drive that close so my poor ol' car can catch a draft behind Ms. Naeth! Oh, and Angela will NOT be showing any numbers. Coach's orders. There are too many critics and nonbelievers anyhow, so it's best if our lips remain sealed.

Chuckie...so right. Proof is in the pudding and last time I checked she's one of the fastest riders on the 70.3 scene as a relative newcomer. Scary how those times will come down with some training. Now about that swimming!
nice post guys! I totally forgot to ask you how it turned out at dinner! Hope the choclate didn't throw you off too badly and remember, try the Chai! :)
Talk to you soon!
nice post Ang. CV way to grab that draft! :)
Great dinner and look forward to our next one. Hopefully the Choclate didn't screw Ang up too much! and remember... Try the Chai! (AFTER the race!)
catch you guys later!
You might not want to drive close anyways. Like the NASCAR push.
